Deli & Sausage

At Johnny’s we make all our fresh sausages in house. They are perservative free with no binders or fillers. In our own smokehouse we also make a wide variety of smoked sausages, deli meats, and jerky’s using high quality ingredients that are gluten free. As opposed to chemicals, we use real alder hickory blend woodchips. We use a very low salt content & minimal amounts of nitrates.
